Chocolate Kratom Blocks With Fruit and Nut

Get an excellent recipe for creating chocolate blocks or bricks with kratom in them, as well as fruits and nuts for added fibre (to prevent constipation) and nutrition.

One of the best ways of taking kratom is to mix it with chocolate, as truly good, powerful chocolate can mask the taste of kratom almost entirely.  While you can actually create baked goods, puddings, and even drinks flavoured with chocolate for this purpose, this particular recipe focuses on the creation of straight-up chocolate blocks instead: you can break off pieces of them and enjoy them as desserts, provided you follow the instructions properly and use a strong-enough chocolate for your base.  The kratom should vanish entirely from the flavour profile, and the effects should set in after about 40-50 minutes post-consumption.  The duration is dependent on the amount of kratom used as well as the leaf’s quality.

This is much like melting down chocolate for any other baking project that involves the ingredient.  Start by getting some premium dark chocolate or any type that has 70%-and-up of cacao in it.  The higher the chocolate content in your blocks, the better the results usually taste, especially as more chocolate tends to mean more flavour.

Now, put the chocolate in a double boiler.  If you do not have a double boiler, you can make do by putting an aptly-sized metal bowl atop a pot of water.  The bowl should be large enough to be held up by the pot’s rim yet not so large that it dwarfs it.  The bowl should also wide enough that its bottom does not touch the water, even when the water is already boiling.  Chocolate can burn, so you want to melt it using only the steam rising from the water.  If you really have nothing to hand, you can also work with a microwave, but use the lowest heat setting all the time and work in intervals of 10-15 seconds, depending on how small your chocolate pieces are.  And remember: do not use a metal bowl in the microwave!

The amount of chocolate you use is dependent on the amount of kratom you use.  Estimate it by following the rule of using ½ to 1 square centimetre of chocolate per gram of kratom that you intend to use.  Use only the finest ground kratom for this, to make sure it becomes unnoticeable when you eat it.  Once the chocolate is melted, take it off the heat (or out of the microwave) and add your preferred nuts to it.  Hazelnuts and almonds are good options.  Add a few raisins to it too, then mix it well.

While the mixture is still liquid, spoon or pour it onto some wax or parchment paper.  Place those in the fridge and wait for them to cool down and solidify.

How to Make Kratom Tea

Kratom Tea

The Mitragyna speciosa is a potent tree that grows naturally in several Southeast Asian countries, specifically Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar. The plant belongs to the coffee family, although it does not have caffeine and is much more powerful than coffee. Also called kratom, the Asian tree is most popularly known for its leaves, the kratom leaves. Kratom is marketed all over the world, including the United States, as a substitute for opium, organic pain reliever, and herbal cure against hypertension, diarrhea and depression.

The most common side effects users of the substance experience are mild to moderate constipation, temporary erectile dysfunction, nausea, vomiting, and sleep problems. On the other hand, extensive use of the herb can cause more serious side effects such as insomnia, dry mouth, anorexia, and weight loss.

Since kratom is considered by many as a dangerous drug, it is not widely available in the mainstream medicine market. It is sold in tobacco shops, head shops and online. Users of kratom chew the leaves, take it in capsule form or drink it as tea. Native users of kratom consumed the leaves in the jungles of Asia the same way. They crushed raw leaves to boil, chew or smoke. They consume kratom in order to strengthen themselves for the hunt. As they got home, they sipped another cup of kratom tea to renew their energy in order to enhance sexual activity.

Here are a few tips when preparing kratom tea. First, take 50 grams of dried kratom leaves and place them in a pot with 1 liter of water. Gently boil for 15 minutes. Strain the bowl and keep the liquid for some time. Squeeze the leaves to make sure all its contents are taken out.

Second, pour a second liter into the pot and boil the leaves a second time. Strain the boiled leaves again but this time, discard the leaves afterwards.

Third, mix the liquid from the first and second liters and boil yet again until the amount of liquid is reduced to only 100 ml or less if one wishes the tea to be more concentrated. The lesser the liquid, the more bitter it becomes. Drinkers are advised to gulp quickly or add slices of fruit to improve the taste. Some choose to add alcohol, not only to improve the taste but also to allow for longer preservation.

Discover why people are getting more and more into the kratom tea craze. Remember that the tea intake is dependent on the user’s own preferences.
